It's not over yet...

A number of rather impressive bad reviews have been building up over on apartmentratings.com for the '800 luxury apartments' in Louisville, Ky. One particularly persistent poster has been putting up copy/paste of legal documents detailing the ongoing bankruptcy of the building owners, but it looks like most of it has been taken down. Still, what's left is definitely an entertaining read. As an ex-resident, I can completely understand the viewpoints of both the positive and negative reviews, and in most cases, both are correct and accurate. It really is a shame to see the building continue to go to hell like this.
